Terms of Service


1. Validity of our terms and conditions

The following terms and conditions serve as the legal basis for our present and future

Terms and Conditions.


They are accepted by order or acceptance of delivery. Deviating conditions of the customer, which we do not expressly recognize in writing, are non-binding for us, even if we give them to you

2. Order and delivery

The orders placed with us can be confirmed in writing, but the delivery contract is also concluded through verbal or telephone acceptance.

3. Purchase obligation

4. Notice of defects

Should our goods or services give the customer cause for complaint
we must be informed in writing within three days of discovery so that we can deal with the complaint immediately.
However, such complaints, which the customer can even remotely assume that they can be remedied immediately, must be reported to us immediately.
We can only grant discounts on the basis of justified complaints if the performance complained about does not improve despite a timely complaint

5. Liability

With the acceptance of the delivery and services by the customer the risk goes
